TOYOTA VDJ200 MODIFICATIONS

The Toyota Land Cruiser VDJ 200 is one of the most robust and capable platforms in the 4×4 world. However, in its factory configuration, it can be upgraded in a number of ways to tackle more demanding terrain. This preparation has been designed to push its performance to the limit, with improvements to suspension, engine, transmission, brakes, lighting and bodywork.

THIS IS HOW WE DO OUR TOYOTA PREPARATIONS

TOYOTA VDJ 200 PREPARATION
  1. Replacement of front and rear shock absorbers with Profender España Dakar Extreme 2.5'' with separate bottle.
  2. Replacement of front and rear springs by Proland, providing greater shock absorption capacity.
  3. Installation of Profender Spain brand hydraulic bump stops, measuring 2.5" on the front axle and 2.0" on the rear axle.
  4. Replacement of rear axle lower tie rods and chassis mountings with a reinforced CSA system.
  5. Rear panhard bar support and front and rear stabiliser adjusters to maintain correct geometry after lift.
  6. Proland suspension limiters to prevent overloads in extreme conditions.
  1. CSA raised intake installation The fibreglass engine cover is ideal for preventing dust and water from entering the engine in difficult terrain.
  2. Exhaust modification with the installation of a system DON SILENTwhich includes an intermediate silencer and an end silencer, improving gas flow without compromising homologation.
  1. Replacement of original rims with new 9Jx17" rims.which provide a wider and more stable base for the new vehicle footwear.
  2. Tyre installation  designed to offer the best grip on low-grip surfaces without compromising on-road performance.
  1. Installation of front and rear differential locks with pneumatic actuation controlled from the luggage compartment, providing all-wheel drive in the most difficult conditions.
  2. CSA Rear Transmission Rearward Re-positioner   ensuring an optimum working angle after lifting the vehicle.
  1. Two long-range headlamps mounted on the roof rackwith type approval and 20 light points per headlamp.
  2. Daytime running light with built-in fog lightThe approved, located on the front bumper.
  3. Replacement of main headlamp main-beam headlamps with two additional headlamps on the front bumperwith approval
  4. Replacement of original fog lights by a new system integrated into the bumper.
  5. Relocation of the third brake light on the tailgate, improving its visibility and ensuring homologation compliance.
  1. Relocation of the front number plate to the centre of the bumper, with installation of ordinary long number plates.
  2. Replacement of front bumper by one Steel CSAwith winch bracket and light housing.
  3. Installation of a Kingone 13.0 winchwith an impressive towing capacity of 5896 kg.
  4. Underbody protection (front and centre) mark CSAensuring greater resistance in rocky terrain.
  5. Installation of CSA side stepsThe new rear seats provide more comfortable access to the passenger compartment and more protection for the underbody.
  6. CSA roof rack mounting with support for spare wheel y two brackets for decorative lights.
  7. Installation of CSA bulletins on all four wings, extending protection and improving the aesthetics of the vehicle.
  8. Fitting of a 5-litre CSA air tank to the underbody of a vehicleuseful for inflating tyres or powering pneumatic tools.
