TOYOTA TUNDRA SPECIFIC PREPARATION
Installation of front winch integrated in the original front bumper of the vehicle. As the vehicle is quite heavy, a "Winchi" has been installed with high towing capacity and wireless control included.

One card we pulled out of our sleeve was to fit a "Supercharger", increasing the maximum power of the engine by almost 80hp. Being a very heavy vehicle, the acceleration obtained with this new vitaminised air intake stack is incredible. A cooling circuit has also been installed to prevent the new turbo from overheating.

TOYOTA TUNDRA OFF-ROAD READY
We have carried out a complete transformation of a Toyota Tundra, each modification is carefully selected and installed to improve performance, durability and safety on all types of terrain.
THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE MODIFIED
To improve stability and performance in difficult terrain, we replaced the original rear shock absorbers with Profender Spain's Dakar 2.0'' rear shock absorbers. These shocks are designed to offer greater control and smoothness in extreme conditions, ensuring the Tundra can absorb shocks more effectively and provide a more comfortable and safer ride on 4×4 routes.
The replacement of the original tyres and wheels was a crucial step in this preparation. Aluminium 8.0 X17'' wheels have been installed, which do not interfere with any mechanical elements of the vehicle, ensuring full compatibility. In addition, the tyres have been replaced with larger tyre sizes, specifically 315/70R17 121/118Q M+S, which significantly increases traction and grip on rough terrain. These wider tyres, together with the 50mm CSA branded tyres, not only enhance the vehicle's aggressive appearance, but also increase the track width to 1815mm on both axles, improving overall stability.
To equip the Tundra with additional capabilities, a front winch has been fitted, with an impressive towing capacity of 5897kg. This winch, mounted on a 10mm steel bracket, is essential for situations where assistance is required in difficult terrain. In addition, a PROFENDER SPAIN branded non-removable roof rack, made from 0.4mm thick aluminium, has been fitted, which includes brackets for long range lights, providing a robust and durable base for additional loads and accessories.
Lighting is essential for night-time off-road adventures. On this Tundra, we've fitted two long-range headlamps on the roof rack. These headlamps are type-approved and do not exceed 100 points of light in conjunction with the standard headlamps, ensuring legal compliance and excellent visibility in low-light conditions. In addition, two electrically unconnected ornamental tail lights of the same make have been added, complementing the vehicle's robust aesthetics.
Finally, a special engine fuelling system has been implemented that allows the vehicle to run on both petrol and LPG. This system not only offers a more economical and environmentally friendly fuel option, but also gives the vehicle versatility, allowing it to adapt to different usage situations.
