Not many improvements are needed to achieve a more competent car than Toyota's KZJ model.

SPECIFIC PREPARATION KZJ
The height and dynamics of a vehicle are essential if you want to go off-road with it. So on this car we have increased the ride height and improved the dynamics all in the same operation. Shock absorbers have been installed Profender Spain Dakar 2.0" separate bottle supplemented by springs whose stiffness has been adapted to the owner's body type and driving style.
To make our vehicle more versatile, the detachable tow ball has been installed.
We have also assembled a survival kit, i.e. a winch with a high pulling capacity to get out of any unforeseen situation or to be able to help any fellow adventurer.
It is just as important to see well as it is to drive well, which is why the car's owner wanted to increase the vehicle's lighting capacity with two long-range headlamps on the front grille, which are activated via the car's original control unit. This makes the vehicle more manoeuvrable and reliable.
TUNING OF A KZJ 95
In this case, our client did not want a preparation like the KZJ we have just seen.
I wanted a tune-up and to maintain the professional heritage that a KZJ already exudes when it leaves the factory.
TOYOTA KZJ 95 SPECIFIC MODIFICATIONS
We have worked our magic and polished all the little details caused by the passage of time, we have also painted the rims black to improve their appearance. We have also added some footpegs to make the access to the passenger compartment easier and to give it a more aggressive look.
Standard maintenance filters, oil levels, coolant, brake fluid, check turbo and intercooler pipes, make sure there are no leaks, replace certain parts for safety... A manual overhaul.

HOW HAVE WE CONFIGURED THE TOYOTA IN CSA 4X4?
In CSA 4×4 we have mounted some lateral fastenings to support elements of help in emergency situations such as the planks, or a shovel ... We have also proceeded to the assembly of removable tow ball.
At the customer's request, a removable roof rack with its own structure for mounting a roof tent and other equipment necessary for the adventure and a side awning is also mounted.
Finally, a rear ladder has been incorporated to facilitate access to the roof rack and tent.
- Installation of Profender branded kit Spain with +7cm springs, plus twin 3" shock absorbers on both axles.
Cooper field tyre installation.
Installation of a raised intake on the front right-hand side to provide greater wading capacity.
