THIS IS HOW WE MADE THIS 4X4 BEAST
Here, we present one of our great projects. The toyota hzj 105 is undoubtedly one of the best 4×4 that the japanese brand has come up with. On this great engineering, we have put to work our off road specialists to make a unique piece. Read on and we'll tell you all about it.
HOW HAVE WE PREPARED THE TOYOTA HZJ 105?
To begin with, a front bumper of our own manufacture has been installed, providing greater strength, safety and angles of attack for the vehicle with less overall weight. In addition, it also has a built-in winch bed and winch mouth and housing for the auxiliary fog and high beam lights.
Next, a front winch has been integrated into the new front bumper.
At the same time, the front, central and rear underbody protectors have been modified and reinforced with duraluminium to prevent any obstacle on the road from damaging any element of the engine transmission, gearbox, ...
Fibreglass bullets have been added to extend the width of the doors, and a checker plate has also been fitted to protect the lower parts of the doors.
Finally, we have made custom bumpers to increase the departure angles of the vehicle. And a detachable tow ball mount has been made.
We have proceeded to make a reprogramming of the control unit in order to gain some extra horsepower. In the same way, this repro is accompanied with our own production to obtain a higher turbo blowing pressure and thus obtain more power.
And finally, a raised intake has been installed on the front right-hand side to provide greater wading capacity.
Fitting of ABS disconnector from inside the cab for safe braking in muddy, snowy, icy terrain, etc.
CSA 4×4 always focuses on safety. For this reason, a turbo pressure gauge has been installed inside the vehicle.
Installation of engine oil temperature clock inside the vehicle.
The original driver's seat has been replaced with a racing-style but comfortable seat for long, safe journeys.
And as icing on the cake, a fridge has been placed in the vehicle's central glove compartment.
Installation of Profender Spain kit consisting of springs +7cm, plus 3" shock absorbers. on both axles. Accompanied by bodylift blocks.
Replacement of standard rims with aluminium Braid rims with wider grooves and different ET to allow the use of wider tyres, increasing the track width and making the car even more stable.

Installation of LED high beam headlamps in the new front bumper connected to the vehicle's original headlamps, which almost doubles the light output of the vehicle.
In addition, LED fog lights improve the clarity of vision on cloudy or rainy days.

Here is what we have done with this HZJ 105, which we have already told you is one of our most complete projects.
We have modified suspension, communication centre, increased fuel capacity, rear box, engine modifications....A real bargain for off-road enthusiasts.
WHAT HAVE WE CHANGED ABOUT THE HZJ 105?
To start with, we have installed a Safari raised intake, to avoid obstructions from liquids and dust. Then, as every 4×4 enthusiast knows, we installed a Warn 9.5 front winch to get out of tricky situations. We have also fitted an original Toyota rear wheel support. Side steps to improve access to the cab. We have also secured the headlights by means of a headlight protection. And how could it be otherwise we have mounted a complete underbody protection 8 mm Asfir.
To improve the driveability and responsiveness of the engine we have installed a front and rear differential lock. We have also installed a Viair compressor with a Viair boiler. To ensure an almost instantaneous response we have modified the turbo and intercooler. And to match all these elements and to be able to enjoy them to the maximum we have installed a second original supplementary fuel tank.
Everyone who goes off-road knows that a healthy and well-maintained strut is essential to make the most of your weekend. That's why we've fitted King Spring + 7cm
King 2.5" adjustable shock absorbers.
We have improved the look and feel of the HZj by means of Braid wheels and improved the grip of the vehicle by means of new
Mickey Thompson 285/75/16 tyres.
