We enhance your Jeep Rubicon with the right preparation, which includes fitting round headlights, known as Mickies, to the front bumper and connecting them to the vehicle's original long-range headlights. This will ensure optimum vision and exceptional performance in your upgraded Jeep Rubicon.

In our 4×4 CSA workshop, we carried out a complete replacement of the front and rear bumpers with our own manufactured components, all approved and endorsed by our Head of Engineering, Tatiana Acosta.

The new front bumper is designed with a built-in front winch port, increasing the functionality of your vehicle. In addition, we have optimised its design to improve ingress and egress, increasing safety and off-road capability. It also incorporates a grille protection bar, which prevents damage to the engine cooling radiator in rough terrain situations.

As for the rear bumper, we developed our own to maximise safety and practicality. We have improved the vehicle's departure angles and added a specific support for the spare wheel, thus avoiding the typical crack in the tailgate due to the weight of the wheel. In addition, we've fitted fibreglass bulges to protect the bodywork after increasing the track width, ensuring greater protection and durability on your off-road adventures.

In the process of improving your vehicle, we have carried out the replacement of the shock absorbers of both axles by the prestigious brand Profender Spain, specifically the Afrika Extreme model. This choice is based on our commitment to quality and performance.

In our upgrade process, we carried out a tyre replacement, replacing the old tyres with tyres with a higher profile. These new tyres are fitted to matt black rims, which precisely match the unique identity of your off-road vehicle.

In addition, we replaced the factory wheels with high-quality aluminium alloy wheels. This change not only adds a touch of aesthetic sophistication, but also results in a reduction of the individual weight of each wheel.
