PREPARATION 4x4 BMW E36

If you want the result to be magnificent and unbeatable, every detail is important.

Actually, there are very few original parts left in the interior. The seats have been replaced by Semibaquet Recaro seats with their bases and everything for BMW. Similarly, the upholstery has been re-upholstered throughout the interior, including door panels, console and rear.

In addition, by applying precision mechanics, we have installed the roll bars, reinforcing its structure, and all of this is already approved!

We started from the basis of a BMW E36, with standard shock absorbers. So if we wanted it to be able to do Raid at high speed. If or if we had to get more suspension travel. To do this, we installed a kit of springs, extension limiters, suspension stops, shock absorbers and cupels, all manufactured for this particular vehicle by Profender Spain.

The transformation involved not only increasing the height, but also modifying the geometry of the car. This led us to create custom relocators for the upper and lower wishbones of the BMW E36 "Dune".

Crucially, rather than replacing the suspension, we decided to adapt our specific know-how to enhance the performance of this German marvel. The end result not only gives the vehicle exceptional performance, but also infuses the unmistakable character of our CSA4x4 brand into every inch of this exciting project.

And so, like the master craftsman who seeks perfect harmony in every detail, we plunged into the essence of mechanics. With skill and passion, we have incorporated a new bevel gear, fine-tuning the torque generated by the engine, channelling it precisely to the rear wheels. Every turn of the engine is now a symphony of power and control.

But the perfection doesn't stop there. To complete this symphony of performance, we've installed a customised gear lever, a masterpiece of ergonomics and design. And, like the final stroke of a virtuoso on stage, a reinforced shift rod, allowing you to shift effortlessly, without interruption, in those critical moments when speed and precision are crucial. Every modification is a note in this technical composition that raises your vehicle's performance to an unparalleled level.

We've gone one step further, fitting retractable long-range LED headlights to the interior roll bar. Imagine the dance between the convertible top and these headlights, as if they were choreographed in a perfect dance.

Everything, absolutely everything has been taken care of. From the oil pressure, temperature, battery voltage and battery voltage gauges inside the interior to the Mustang-style vents built into the bonnet.
