Each preparation is studied according to the actual use: expeditions, technical driving, loading, fast tracks or mixed use. Our objective is clear: to make the vehicle work better, for longer, and on more terrain, with efficient, legal and functional modifications.
What improvements are included in the preparation of the Ineos Grenadier?
The suspension system as a whole has been upgraded by Dakar Extreme Pro shock absorbers, Both front and rear shock absorbers have been specifically developed for the Grenadier. These shock absorbers feature 2.5” threaded body, separate large-volume, compression-regulated cylinder, This allows the vehicle's behaviour to be adapted to different terrains, loads and speeds.
The high oil volume and thermal management of these components prevent fatigue in prolonged use, allowing the suspension to work longer under optimal conditions. This is in addition to a progressive rear bump stop kit, The new system, which protects the chassis from abrupt compressions and improves the ride transition on uneven or loaded sections.
The result is a more predictable suspension, comfortable over long distances and firm when precision is needed.
The Heavy Pro steering damper fitted to this Grenadier absorbs irregularities, bounces and bumps from the steering wheel, especially on loose stones, mud or fast tracks. Its oversized design and nitrogen chamber allow it to keep the tyre's directional stability on any terrain, reducing driver fatigue and increasing control in extreme situations.

With the progressive rear chassis stop, The Grenadier gains a much smoother transition in the last phase of suspension travel. This allows maintain a comfortable setting in normal driving, The system is designed to be used in a wide range of applications, but to stiffen the behaviour when the limit of travel is reached, avoiding dry stops or damage to the frame.
In addition, it improves the overall durability of the suspension system and the structural integrity of the vehicle in intensive use, with or without load.
