THIS IS THE OFF ROAD PREPARATION FOR THE MITSUBISHI 4X4 TRITON

mitsubishi l200 4x4

To begin with, we have designed, manufactured and installed a roof rack kit for a rigid box specifically for the L200. It holds the roof tent and a canopy without affecting aerodynamics and minimises air noise at high speed.

Secondly, a winch with a large towing capacity has been installed on the original front bumper of the vehicle to help the customer get out of any impasse he may get into.

At the same time, our workshop specialising in 4×4 has designed, manufactured and installed brackets for attaching the plates to the rear of the rigid body. In addition to being able to carry several plates for difficult situations, you do it without the slightest noise of friction between plate and plate and without leaving marks on the bodywork.

Finally, we have proceeded to incorporate body lift blocks. This provides a great improvement in the angles of attack and departure of the vehicle.

Our 4×4 specialists have reprogrammed the engine ECU in order to get a little more power. In addition to this extra vitality, the turbo pressure has been modified, with parts made exclusively at CSA. As icing on the cake, we have fitted a Snorquel to allow the engine to pass through deep bados and the engine is not even aware of it.

To enhance and complement the standard lights, two LED bars are fitted in the centre of the front grille. These are activated by the vehicle's original main beam control. Following the main beam, the front fog lights have been replaced with LED lights. These modifications provide added safety for your outings in the countryside.

The standard shock absorbers have been replaced by a Profender brand shock absorber kit Spain. This has improved the dynamic response to vehicle weight and the customer's usual driving speed.

In order to make the most of the space inside the rigid box of the L200, a drawer unit has been customised to suit the organisational needs of the user and the space available. A folding table has been installed on top of the chest of drawers and water tanks have been camouflaged in the side spaces so that you can wash up on your adventures without having to waste plastic bottles.

HOW HAVE WE MODIFIED THE MITSUBISHI 4X4 TRUCK?

prepare your 4x4 in our workshop in madrid

To begin with, we have designed, manufactured and installed a roof rack kit and tubular side structure for the Mitsubishi L200 open box. The roof tent is attached to the roof rack without affecting the aerodynamics and minimising the noise made by the air at high speed. It also allows you to take shelter from heavy rain, acting as the "roof" of the body.

Secondly, a customised and unique CSA bracket has been incorporated to allow two spare wheels to be strapped on top of the hard top of the box with the correct weight distribution to avoid damaging the tyre. In addition, a large storage box has also been installed to keep everything you need close at hand without having to open the hard top.

A front bumper with built-in winch base and winch mouth was then designed, manufactured and installed.

A rear winch has been fitted to provide the finishing touches so that you can get out of a jam or rescue someone without having to pull backwards.

Installation of body lifting blocks +6cm.

Installation of a raised air intake at the front right-hand side in order to gain the ability to ford very deep passages without any risk to the engine.

Installation of a working spotlight at the rear of the vehicle so that this area of the vehicle can be enjoyed when camping with all the necessary clarity needed in the dark of night.

The standard shock absorbers have been replaced by a Profender brand shock absorber kit Spain . This has improved the dynamic response to vehicle weight and the customer's usual driving speed.

Installation of steering damper Profender España to make the vehicle's steering smoother and more direct.
