In CSA preparations we have a special weakness for the Mercedes G, since we started with them, we have not stopped innovating in preparation kits and custom-made parts for each project. And it's a habit that's hard to break, so we take advantage of it and enjoy every new vehicle.聽

In order to improve the overall illumination of the vehicle, we have chosen to install round headlamps or "Mickies" in front of the grille, above the front bumper.聽
The front fog lamps have also been upgraded with new LED technology headlamps.
In order to raise the vehicle and improve the dynamic response of the suspension system, we have decided to fit a set of Profender Spain Afrika model Tour +7cm with springs manufactured exclusively for us.聽
Let's not fool ourselves, we can't make it any prettier than it is from the factory, because it comes out immaculate. But we can improve the safety and the overall weight of the vehicle. For this we have mounted a reinforced bumper including the winch. This gives the bumper rigidity and improves the angles of attack when going up and down slopes.
To complete the preparation, a Snorquel made of fibreglass and customised for the vehicle has been mounted to increase the fording capacity of the vehicle.
MERCEDES G320CDI PREPARED
In our workshop, we have carried out a series of modifications focused on optimising the suspension system and tyres of this Mercedes-Benz G320 CDI, enhancing its ability to tackle difficult terrain without sacrificing the comfort and performance characteristic of this vehicle.
CRAFTSMANSHIP AT ITS BEST MERCEDES GE 320
To improve stability and performance in rough terrain, we have installed Profender Spain's Afrika Extreme front and rear shock absorbers, designed specifically for extreme off-road conditions. These dampers provide superior shock absorption, improving handling and vehicle control in difficult terrain.
In addition, we have replaced the original springs with Proland Suspension brand springs, which offer improved support and durability under heavy loads and in high-demand situations. Track spacers, also from Proland Suspension, have been fitted to improve the vehicle's lateral stability, providing greater confidence in off-road driving.
Finally, the panhard bar has been repositioned with Proland Suspension components, ensuring that the suspension performs optimally by maintaining correct rear axle alignment, even after adjustments made to improve vehicle height and width.
As for the tyres, we have fitted 275/65R18 M+S 116T tyres on the original 8脳18 wheels. These tyres are ideal for mixed conditions, offering excellent grip on both tarmac and off-road terrain. The size and M+S (Mud and Snow) specification ensures the vehicle is prepared to cope with a wide range of weather and terrain conditions, without compromising stability or safety.
