In the preparation of the Jeep Wrangler, we have given special emphasis to the suspension, a crucial component for optimum performance in demanding terrain. To achieve this, we have implemented the prestigious PROLAND KIT, which consists of PROFENDER DAKAR EXTREME 2.5 springs and dampers on both the front and rear axles.
PROFENDER DAKAR EXTREME 2.5 springs and shocks are known for their durability and ability to withstand the rigours of extreme off-road, ensuring controlled and precise handling on any terrain. In addition, we have incorporated a high quality steering damper, PROFENDER's ATOMIC model, to maintain optimum control in even the most challenging conditions.

We've fitted fibreglass fabricated wheel arches, designed to strategically increase the overall width of the vehicle. This modification not only improves aesthetics, but also protects and covers the increased track width, essential for tackling challenging terrain with confidence.

In our preparation of the Jeep Wrangler, we have made a key technical modification by changing the wheels with different ET, which allows us to increase the track width. This improvement not only increases the vehicle's safety on all types of terrain, but also maximises the torque delivered to each wheel, essential for overcoming obstacles and difficult terrain with ease.

Next, our 4×4 workshop in Madrid delights you with one of the most fun 4×4 preparations we have ever had. When the client told us he wanted to drive his Jeep Wrangler up a wall, our brains went to work and our hands to design.

HOW HAS OUR 4X4 WORKSHOP WORKED ON THIS JEEP?
Installation of Mickies or circular headlamps on the front bumper and connected to the vehicle's original main-beam headlamps to ensure correct illumination of the road.
In addition, LED front fog lights improve the driver's vision in extreme foggy conditions.
To begin with, we have replaced the front bumper with one of our own manufacture from our 4×4 CSA workshop in Madrid. With built-in front winch mouth. The new bumper is adapted to be much safer and improve the degrees of entry and exit of the vehicle. It has the necessary sockets to incorporate the front fog lights and protect them as well.Â
Then a front winch has been installed to be able to get out of any place where you get in unintentionally or unwillingly, and you can't get out because of the power of the engine. Or simply to be able to lend a hand to a friend.Â
Of course a duraluminium underbody protection has been incorporated to ensure that nothing and nobody can damage the crankcase and transmission of the vehicle. The extra weight is also minimal as it is made of aluminium.Â
Finally, side sills have been added to improve the accessibility of the vehicle and to give it a personal and unique aesthetic touch. In addition, the vehicle looks much more characterful as it is painted in matt black.

Two friends came to CSA with very similar cars and both wanted the same thing, to prepare their Jeep Wrangler in an economical but effective way. So we got down to work and this is how the vehicles turned out.

The original shock absorbers have been replaced with new ones. brand Profender España, model Afrika Extreme. As the weight and height of the vehicle has changed, we asked the company to Central 4×4 to characterise the set-up of the suspension assembly to the vehicle. The result is a suspension that fits the 4×4 like a glove.Â

At CSA 4×4 we don't just prepare vehicles, we create real machines ready to tackle any terrain.
Today we're back in action with an iconic Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited, a real gem that was already entrusted to us a couple of years ago. This time, we've taken it a step further, revamping its look and optimising its performance to make it ready for any challenge, whatever the terrain.
This is where his metamorphosis begins, and we are sure that this monster will not go unnoticed.
We have installed a suspension designed to defy any obstacle. We opted for Dakar Extreme shock absorbers with a separate shock absorber cylinder, which deliver exceptional performance, even in extreme conditions. In addition, the +3.5 suspension springs have raised the Jeep to an impressive 1970 mm, providing increased ground clearance. Completing the package, we added an Atomic Pro steering damper and repositioned the front and rear panhard bars with Proland Suspension-specific mounts, ensuring a firm, vibration-free ride.
The bodywork of this Wrangler JK has been completely stripped and refreshed to give it a fresh, rugged look. The new satin green adds a sense of prestige and a connection to nature. In addition, we've installed a raised intake to protect the engine in fording situations and keep dust out in off-road conditions. With the original CSA4x4 front and rear bumpers, this Jeep not only gains in protection but also in presence. The running boards also from our csa4x4 brand, the duraluminium underbody protection and the bonnet with steel air intakes complete its indomitable look. Finally, to ensure the best visibility in any environment, we've fitted LED main, fog and long-range headlights, along with a #CSA steel front upper LED work bar. This Jeep is ready for any challenge, day or night!
The finishing touch for any off-road vehicle is in the wheels, and this Jeep is no exception. We fitted wheels that not only look aggressive, but are designed to withstand the toughest conditions. The CooperTires tyres chosen ensure the best grip on both rocky and muddy terrain, offering unmatched traction and endurance, ensuring this Jeep never loses control, no matter the challenge.

This time, a new Jeep has passed through our hands to receive a series of improvements that will make it unstoppable on any terrain. We have carried out a complete preparation, optimising every detail to guarantee a safer, more powerful and aggressive drive. Below, we tell you all about the modifications that have taken this 4×4 to another level. Get ready to discover how we have turned this vehicle into an off-road titan!
We have replaced the original shock absorbers with Profender Spain Dakar 2.0'' with a separate shock absorber cylinder, designed to provide optimum absorption in any situation. The original springs were also replaced front and rear, giving a final ride height of 1910 mm, which provides more ground clearance and better ability to cope with obstacles. In addition, the original steering damper was replaced with a Profender Spain ATS model, ensuring firmer and more precise steering.
To give it a more robust and aggressive appearance, we have replaced the original ABS plastic bumpers with 50 mm ABS plastic ones, giving it a wider profile that is more resistant to knocks and scrapes. We have also mounted a raised air intake in ABS material, preserving the original location of the air filter and all its components, ideal to face wading and dusty areas without the engine suffering.
The change in the wheels not only gives a more aggressive look, but also improves off-road performance. We've fitted 9X17 wheels with a tight ET to avoid interfering with any mechanical components, while maintaining a similar track width on both axles. The original tyres were replaced with 315/70R17 M+S 121/118Q tyres, which offer increased traction in difficult terrain, ensuring that the vehicle can tackle any type of terrain without compromising performance.
The chassis has been reinforced to ensure that the vehicle can withstand the most extreme conditions. Front and centre underbody protectors, made from 6mm duraluminium, have been fitted to protect the most vulnerable components of the vehicle. In addition, we fitted Proland front axle tie-rod and rear panhard bar repositioning brackets, both in steel, to improve chassis geometry and stability in off-road driving. We also replaced the original anti-roll bar tie rods with Proland adjustable ones, providing a custom fit for a more precise and controlled ride.
