From the long-range headlamps to the tyres, they have been designed and developed to achieve the expected result with the supreme quality of our company, which adds so much value to our work and passion.
SPECIFICITIES OF THE PREPARATION
The height and dynamics of a vehicle are essential if you want to go off-road with it. So on this car we have increased the ride height and improved the dynamics all in the same operation. Shock absorbers have been installed Profender Spain Dakar 2.0" separate bottle supplemented by springs whose stiffness has been adapted to the owner's body type and driving style.
To make our vehicle more versatile, the detachable tow ball has been installed.
We have also assembled a survival kit, i.e. a winch with a high pulling capacity to get out of any unforeseen situation or to be able to help any fellow adventurer.
And finally, in order to legalise the increase in track width and to give the vehicle a more "aggressive" look, we have installed fibreglass wings.
Neither water, nor the widest river nor a lion will stop our vehicle, because thanks to the new elevated intake, we have managed to gain wading height and on top of that we make our friend visually much sexier. What more could you ask for!
The new All-Terrain tyres mounted on the new 16" rims provide the perfect combination of grip and ballooning for infinite grip on any type of surface. In addition, the extra large balloon helps improve suspension and allows the tyre pressure to be lowered to almost zero, without damaging anything.

It is just as important to see well as it is to drive well, which is why the car's owner wanted to increase the vehicle's lighting capacity with two long-range headlamps on the front grille, which are activated via the car's original remote control. This makes the vehicle easier to handle and more reliable.

We had the pleasure of working again with a true off-road gem: the Ford F-150 Raptor Shelby Baja, equipped with a powerful 525bhp twin-turbo engine. This imposing machine had already passed through our hands a couple of years ago for its first overhaul, but this time it's back to take its performance to the next level. We have focused on optimising the suspension, achieving greater suspension travel and gaining ground clearance, which allows for superior high-speed performance.
CSA-PREPARED RAPTOR PICK-UP
In this Ford F-150 Raptor Shelby Baja, we've implemented a high performance suspension system which ensures optimum performance in the most extreme conditions. With the installation of the #PROLAND +3" lift kit, the Raptor has not only gained height, but also a significant improvement in stability and control. In addition, the 2" Profender Spain Bump Stops at the rear ensure greater protection against sudden bumps, allowing for a smoother and safer suspension ride in rough terrain. This system is ideal for those looking for the perfect balance between comfort and performance.
To maximise the functionality and durability of this pick-up, we have fitted the rear box with a lockable security drawer, providing a secure and accessible space for all essential equipment. Inside the box, we have installed an air compressor with boiler, a hydraulic jack for quick and efficient lifting of the vehicle, and a spare parts box for any needs during the adventure. These improvements not only add practicality, but also prepare the vehicle for any challenges that may arise on the road, ensuring that our customers are always ready for anything.
The electronics of this Raptor have been taken to the next level with the replacement of the original 110V inverter with a new 220V, 3000W digital inverter. This provides much more power and greater versatility to power a variety of electronic equipment in any situation. In addition, we have integrated dual USB power sockets with voltmeter and a conventional round power socket in the centre console, improving convenience and functionality for the user, especially during long days of driving. These upgrades ensure that both driver and passengers have access to the necessary tools and power at all times, increasing safety and comfort on every journey.
